1. Accuracy of Information

The content on this website and database registry is provided on an "as is" basis. While we perform verification checks on drivers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of details provided directly by users (such as cargo descriptions, vehicle payload limits, or driver documents).

2. No Guarantee of Transit Times

Any transit duration estimates shared through our coordinators or online notifications are purely indicative. Pakhi Transport Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee delivery within specific timeframes. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather anomalies, road accidents, state border clearances, or labor strikes.

3. Limitation of Liability for Damages

The liability of Pakhi Transport Pvt. Ltd. in the event of cargo damage, loss, or theft during transit is strictly capped and limited. As defined in our operational terms, our liability is restricted to a maximum of 40% of the freight amount or 80% of the declared cargo value, whichever is lower. The client is advised to secure transit insurance for all high-value goods separately.

4. Third-Party Transactions

Our platform connects independent truck owners/drivers with shipping customers. Pakhi Transport Pvt. Ltd. acts as a digital matching and coordinating intermediary. We are not directly responsible for any private arrangements, extra cash advances, or personal disputes arising directly between shippers and drivers during transit.
